We've added 6 preformatted text page templates to all the sites. Here's how they work:
1. Open a new text page
2. If you are not in HTML mode switch over
3. You will see 6 templates you can choose from
4. Selecting one will OVERWRITE your existing content so start with a blank page
5. Replace the text in between the HTML tags to make it your own
6. Hit UPDATE to see it on your site and OK to update and close the window
