v16 is a major feature update that contains hundreds of new settings and features. This is an overview that will give you an idea what's included with links to more in-depth sections.
Redesign, test or tweak to your existing site offline then push the changes live. Our new staging area allows you to work offline when making changes to your site. Further instructions can be found here:
Instead of just a gallery scrolling, you can now make your ENTIRE site scroll (up, down, left, and right). This is an enormous change to our site architecture with the click of a button and will open up hundreds of new possibilities. The design options are truly mind-boggling.
We've also included some new features below that work beautifully with a max scrolling website: Reveal menu, static cursor, paginated thumbs, extra slideshow sections, menu logo, scroll down icon and behavior modifications to take you in and out of this behavior.
Your menu can hide and reveal when scrolling, perfect for the new MAX Scroll setting.
Scroll Down Icon
This new icon lets visitors know to scroll to see your content. Pairs well with the new reveal menu .
A new cursor option for advancing images where a static left and right arrow appears on the image instead of being attached to the mouse pointer.
A new thumbs option that displays your thumbnails within the screen space so your users can page through them just like looking at large images. Built specifically for our new MAX Scroll.
You can now turn any section of your site into a slideshow/landing page using the overrides. This works really well in our new Max Scroll environment.
Thumbnail Loading Effect
Totally cool new thumbnail loading effect: Slide up or down. You find this new feature in all your thumbnail settings.
Want to have a gallery overlay your entire site? We got you covered with this awesome new feature.
Display Behavior Override
This is where the Gallery Overlay resides and it allows you to change the behavior of a single section.
Logo Placement on Menu
We have 2 menus that open and close (overlay and reveal) so we thought it would be cool to have your logo only visible when the menu was open. You will find this setting under LOGO and LOGO PLACEMENT in the Layout panel.
When designing your site you'll be excited to hear that you can drag panels to the bottom where they can hang out while you see changes you made and when you refresh your browser the panels will stay open.
