We have self-certified to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, which allows us to lawfully transfer EU and Swiss personal data to the US, including to our US-based data centers.
You can change your personal data associated with your website at any time. Under the admin launch the ACCOUNT panel and go to the OWNER INFO. This is the personal data associated with your site.
You have the right to be forgotten. When you choose to leave our company all your data is erased.
We are not required to send you notice of processing activities because we have less than 250 employees and we do not engage in any regular processing activities.
All of the 3rd party vendors we work with are GDPR compliant.

You can create a text page on your site can be used to create a privacy policy where you tell visitors what information you collect, why you collect it and who you share that information with.
If you are using a contact form you can opt out of storing the emails that are submitted. To do this go into your Admin and launch the ACCOUNT panel and under the DATA PRIVACY tab you will find a switch where you can turn Store Submitted Forms to OFF.
In the same location you can Enable "ON" a Cookie Banner for first time visitors to your site.
