If you are using a contact form on your website any forms submitted are also stored on your website so that you don't miss any because of email issues. These can be viewed in the admin under ACCOUNT in the NOTIFICATIONS tab. You push the Submitted Forms: Viewer button.
To comply with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) you can optionally turn off the storage of forms submitted on your website. You can also place a message on your contact form informing the user that this form is collecting personal data with the intent to store that data. You’re also responsible for letting the user know how that data will be stored and used.
To turn off storage of contact forms go under ACCOUNT and the DATA PRIVACY tab where you will turn OFF Store Submitted Forms.
