Are you wanting to make the scrollbar appear at all times next to your thumbnails?
The system is built to only always display a scroll bar, when the following settings are in place:
-Designs>Desktop Layout>Website Container>Global Smooth Scroll is set to: OFF
-Designs>Desktop Layout>Website Container>Unified Page Scroll is set to: OFF
-Designs>Desktop Layout>Thumbnails>Thumbs Type is set to: grid or horizontal masonry or vertical masonry. (Not in strip mode.)
After you have adjusted the setting above, then the greyed-out Scrollbar Options panel will become editable under the Desktop Layout>Thumbnails setting panel (about 3/4 of the way down the setting panel).
We recommend then following these steps to make the scrollbar display:
-Designs>Desktop Layout>Thumbnails>Scrollbar Options setting panel is set to:
- Scrollbar Type: custom
- Scrollbar Visibility: auto
**Note: You will also see the Scrollbar Options editable in the Designs>Desktop Layout>Text Pages setting panel, when the Global Smooth Scroll & Unified Page Scroll settings are turned OFF.
