ADD IMAGE IN GALLERY = PHOTOFOLO ADMIN > MEDIA LIBRARY > select or create a GALLERY or FOLDER > click +ADD on the bottom left

 

FOLDERS VS GALLERIES (not assigned) = If an image says “not assigned,” that means it’s in a folder but hasn’t been added to a gallery yet.
Galleries (far left panel): These contain the images that are visible on your live site.
Folders (middle panel): These are just for backend organization and do not display on your site.

To fix this, make sure the image is added to a gallery. If it’s still showing “not assigned” after doing that, try refreshing your browser window.

How do I get rid of the download symbol in the corner of my videos = double click the video or image in the medi library and remove any file content in the FILE ATTACHMENT section.

 

HOW DO I ADD ALT TEXT TO MY IMAGES -> Photofolio uses the TILE for the ALT tags on images. This is what google will use when indexing images for alt tags. An example would be  Food Photographer [keyword] | Paris [location] - Happy Photography LCC [business name] each image title or alt tag should be unique.
