How do I pay for my website and start my subscription?

Visit your trial url (previously emailed to you) and append /admin to the end of your trial url.
For example: your_username.photofolio.com/admin
For existing clients, use: your_domain.com/admin

Note: you cannot log in from our homepage photofolio.com.
You must use: your_username.photofolio.com/admin

If you cannot find your trial url, please contact support. 

Once inside the admin click the tab and open the ACCOUNT panel.
There you will see a BILLING tab.

Select your preferred payment plan (explained in detail below) and input your credit card information.
Note: we do not keep credit card numbers on file, they are all handled by our processor Stripe.

How do I update my credit card?

First, access your website admin: mysite.photofolio.com/admin or yourdomain.com/admin

Inside the admin click the main dropdown and open the ACCOUNT panel.

Select the BILLING tab, then click EDIT to enter your billing info

If my credit card expires how long till my site expires?

You will have 14 days from when your card expires and you receive an email to update your card until the site shows the "no longer active" message below.

My free trial expired how do I access my website?

Click the ADMIN LOGIN button to access your admin.
Follow the instructions above for starting your subscription. 

How much does a PhotoFolio website cost?

There are three pricing options for your PhotoFolio subscription.
All these options provide the exact same software and templates.

1. $1,000 one-time setup + $17 every month
(includes hosting, maintenance, upgrades, and support)

2. $1,000 one-time setup, but in 4 monthly installments of $250 + $17 every month
(includes hosting, maintenance, upgrades, and support)

3. $34 per month, no setup fee
(includes hosting, maintenance, upgrades, and support)

All these payment options are equal after 5 years. Paying the $1,000 upfront is the best option for customers that know they are going to have a PhotoFolio website for 5 or more years as the monthly cost of ownership is half-price from year 5 and beyond.

All three of the options provide you with complete access to the PhotoFolio Design X platform, which is the most awarded website software in the world. *Yes, we know you can buy a website for $9 a month. This is not a $9 website. We have features that can only be found here and we are invested in your success, not the success of investors (that's why they cost $9). Let us prove it to you.
